Acacia Harding | Executive Assistant & Document Controller

Acacia joined headoffice3 in early 2025 as an Executive Assistant, and in a short time has taken on a wide range of responsibilities across the business. What began as a role supporting both Marketing and the Chief Executive soon expanded into HR and Office Management, before evolving again into her current dual focus on Executive Assistance and Document Control.

Today, she manages documentation for the company’s largest project to date — the £23m Torkington site (of which we were awarded ‘Excellent’ Considerate Constructor status!).

Reflecting on the journey so far, she explains: “Since joining headoffice3 at the beginning of the year, I’ve gained experience across several key business functions.

“Each step has helped me build a strong foundation in business operations and project support within the construction industry.”

Alongside her day-to-day work, Acacia is investing in her own development. She is currently undertaking a professional HR course while also refining her technical skills in Viewpoint, the document control software used across headoffice3 projects.

“My goal is to continue strengthening my capabilities in both HR and document management, while building on the practical experience I’ve gained to date.”

When asked how she has found her time at headoffice3 so far, Acacia describes the experience as both challenging and fulfilling.

“It’s been dynamic and rewarding,” she reflects. “The fast-paced and varied environment has given me valuable exposure early in my career, and working within such a collaborative and ambitious team has been really motivating. I’m excited to keep growing within the company.”
