Airedale House | Leeds
In 2020, HeadOffice3 undertook a multifaceted project at Airedale House, which involved the retrospective change of use of part of the existing office building into a Gospel Hall with associated car parking. Concurrently, the remainder of the office building was demolished to make way for the construction of a new three-bedroom dwelling, known as Silverdale House. This dual-faceted development required careful navigation of planning regulations, particularly in obtaining retrospective approval for the Gospel Hall and ensuring compliance with building codes for the new residential construction. HeadOffice3 managed the project from planning through to completion, demonstrating their capability to handle complex developments involving both change of use and new build elements.
