In 2020, headoffice3 stepped in to revitalise a stalled office-to-residential conversion at Daisy Hill in Dewsbury, following the collapse of the original principal contractor.  The project involved transforming the first and second floors of a former commercial building into 16 self-contained apartments.  Significant internal reconfiguration was undertaken, including the removal and reconstruction of internal walls to establish new apartment layouts.  The existing entrance on Daisy Hill was retained to provide access to the residential units, while the lower ground floor was adapted to accommodate a communal bin store.  This development contributed to the broader regeneration efforts in the Daisy Hill area, aligning with initiatives to repurpose existing structures for residential use.
