Dawsons Square | Leeds

 At Dawsons Square in Pudsey, headoffice3 led the transformation of two former office buildings into a significant residential development comprising 140 apartments over 96,434sqft.   The project involved converting Green Flag House—renamed Greenleigh Court—into 110 apartments, and Park House into 30 apartments.  The development featured a mix of one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, designed to meet the growing demand for housing in the area.  The apartments were equipped with premium fitted kitchens, contemporary bathrooms, and wood-effect flooring, reflecting the needs of modern living.    

Sustainability was a key focus of the project, with the installation of a ground-source heat pump (GSHP) system to provide efficient heating and hot water to all apartments.  The 329-space on-site car park was also upgraded to include electric vehicle charging points, secure cycle storage, and new signage, enhancing the overall functionality and appeal of the development.
