HeadOffice3 undertook the comprehensive redevelopment of Eastfield Farm, a Grade II listed farmstead located on the outskirts of York.  The project encompassed the renovation, extension, and conversion of the existing farmhouse, five cottages, and a range of outbuildings into a total of 10 dwellings.  The new homes comprised three four-bedroom houses, six three-bedroom houses, and one two-bedroom house.  As the principal contractor, HeadOffice3 managed all aspects of the project, including project management, site management, and on-site labour.  The full fit-out featured the installation of new oak staircases, lighting, flooring, kitchens, ceilings, bathrooms, partitioning etc. all executed with sensitivity to the site’s historical significance.  This redevelopment preserved the architectural heritage of the farmstead while providing modern, comfortable living spaces.
