This project started with a classic family home and an ambitious vision: transform it into six stylish apartments.  We successfully took this through planning right through to project completion. 

One of the biggest challenges? The basement. It was so low that standing upright was a struggle.  To make it work, we had to raise the entire ground floor—no small feat!  This mammoth task was as complex as it sounds, but we thrive on challenges like these.

External works included replacing the windows, re-rendering the building, upgrading the roof and cleaning the existing brick work.  We also created a new larger carpark with new EVCPs and bin and bike stores.
