Once a long-standing hotel nestled beside Ogden Brook, Holden Vale was reimagined by headoffice3 as a boutique development of 15 apartments.  We took this project from concept to completion securing full planning permission to convert the vacant hotel/restaurant building into a range of one-to-three bedroom apartments tailored to the site’s unique character and setting.  Generous internal spaces, long hallways, and elevated views towards the reservoir give the development a sense of calm and openness.  This conversion project strikes a balance between heritage and modernity, bringing new life to a familiar local landmark.
