headoffice3 was appointed to carry out the full refurbishment of 16 existing studio apartments at Holly Dene, a part 2 and part 3 storey brick-built residential block in Kirkby, Liverpool.  The works included upgrading all internal finishes — kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and electrics — bringing the studios up to modern living standards.  Communal corridors were also refreshed with new ceilings, flooring, and a secure FOB entry system.  External improvements focused on enhancing the site’s overall appearance, including landscaping tidy-up, fascia redecoration, fence replacement, and patio repairs.  HeadOffice3 also obtained Building Control certification for the project, ensuring full compliance and quality assurance throughout.
