Enterprise rent-a-car regional office in Seacroft Leeds instructed HO3 to complete their project in occupation through a 16-week project in 3 phases completed in August 2015.
Through our detailed consultancy services, we identified numerous inefficiencies in the old workplace and were able to provide solutions to develop and enhance the clients brief. We achieved a significant increase in headcount keeping within the existing 8,000sq ft allowing for future expansion through the efficient use of space. Works included were new windows, HVAC, ceilings, lighting, washrooms, training facilities, canteen and reception.
Our design team were successful in creating a welcoming and well-branded training area to impress new hires, The impressive reception area includes feature bulkheads, curved walling and a well-planned post room.
