The team at HO3 were invited to assess the workspace at Greenbank with a view to maximising space, increasing staff wellbeing and increasing productivity through an innovative and efficient workplace design. Our ProSpace Consultant team carried out interviews with the team to gain an understanding of how they operate, what issues they were faced with and what improvements they would like to see in a new office space. This helped us to create a winning design that the directors unanimously selected as the preferred design.
The team are now installed and immediately proved the benefits of being closer to those they collaborate with, the activity-based working zone was in operation from day one allowing any member to move away to concentrate on a piece of work or a couple of the team to meet for a quick coffee and have a productive discussion without having to walk through to the boardroom. The operations team are now next to the workshop enabling them to liaise with the operatives through a conveniently placed hatch keeping the office traffic and noise to a minimum. The new gym, canteen and breakout facilities have all helped Greenbank in achieving their desire to increase staff wellbeing and the impressive reception area will certainly have a positive impact on their clients.
