In 2017, HeadOffice3 undertook the transformation of Queens Moat House, a former office building on St. Edwards Way in Romford, into a residential development comprising 45 apartments. The project combined permitted development rights with full planning permission to facilitate the conversion and the addition of a roof extension. As the principal contractor, HeadOffice3 managed the entire process, delivering a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. The development is situated just 0.4 miles from Romford’s Elizabeth Line station, offering residents convenient access to central London. Each apartment features modern interiors, and the building includes secure underground parking.
