We are looking for a Site Manager based in or around the South Yorkshire region to join our fast-growing team of talented professionals.
The successful candidate will be:
- Experienced in office to residential conversions or residential works
- Experienced in running teams of labourers and coordinating site logistics and housekeeping.
- Working under a Project Manager.
- Experienced and qualified in good H&S practice and works from sub-contractors.
- Organising works on site and ensuring safe delivery.
You will need the skills and qualifications below:
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- Valid relevant CSCS card
- 1st Aid
- PASMA (desirable)
This position is available on either a fixed term contact or freelance for a minimum of 12 months and the salary is dependant upon experience.
