Set within the Berkshire village of Riseley, this 33-unit scheme involved the transformation of a former office building into high-specification apartments, including a newly constructed roof extension. HeadOffice3 delivered the full design and fit-out, reconfiguring the existing structure to maximise residential potential while adding an additional storey to increase unit count and create commanding views over the surrounding countryside. Clean, contemporary interiors were paired with a neutral, nature-inspired palette to reflect the building’s semi-rural setting. The result is a well-balanced development that blends thoughtful architectural intervention with sensitive placemaking.
