In 2016, HeadOffice3 assumed responsibility for the completion of a 198-bedroom student accommodation development at 24–34 St Marks Street, Nottingham, after the original contractor entered administration. The four-storey new-build project featured en-suite bedrooms, communal kitchens, and shared living spaces, along with ancillary facilities designed to support modern student lifestyles. Despite the challenges of taking over mid-construction, HeadOffice3 successfully delivered the scheme, ensuring the provision of high-quality student housing in the city centre.
