headoffice3 was chosen as Principal Contractor for their competence in providing a turnkey solution to what was a complex office to residential conversion.  The main aim was to bring this project in on budget and with a £43 per sqftoverall price including extensive building work and external alterations this was no mean feat!

The project including over 160 new windows of which 73 were new masonry openings, new rendered façade and decorating, tarmac surfacing, roof upgrade and skylights.

We overcame the challenges of loading out the floors with 180 tonnes of plasterboard with only narrow window access points and forced ventilation to corridors with careful planning and detailed M&E schematics.
