Arlington House lies in the stunning city of Bath, a UNESCO world heritage site, opposite the Roman Baths.  In fact the basement of the Roman Baths runs right under this building.  The works involved a complete refurbishment of the beautiful apartments, including a roof extension to create 5 stunning penthouses with views of the Abbey and a rooftop terrace. 

Headoffice3 stripped the building back to the shell, designed and fitted out the high specification apartments using specialist tradesmen for this heritage building.  The feature windows were all replaced with new Accoya sliding sash windows of the highest quality, the new rooflights had electric blinds fitted, the flat roof was insulated and replaced, the slate and leadwork to the dormers was carried out by master craftsmen and the finishes throughout matched the character of the building with high ceilings, quality hardwood panelled doors, parquet effect flooring laid herringbone and bespoke kitchens.
