Southlands Road was fraught with challenges given the partially occupied site, however headoffice3 were successful in maximising the PD consent to obtain 19 additional units. Headoffice3 then progressed by stripping out the office building to its core before building out the new apartments in the remaining unoccupied part. 

The clever use of space and sun tubes provided natural light for additional bedrooms, which maximised the GDV for the client.
