Headoffice3 took an old, run down 1960s building, stripped it right back to the concrete frame and transformed it into a stunning new development. The aluminium windows are brand new throughout with integral louvres for the fresh air system, fitted into a vibrant new façade that defines each wing of the building. The rendered façade with ‘ashlar-type’ lines within it is fixed to a mineral wool backing and interspersed with brick slips to give a totally non-combustible façade.
