The developers chose headoffice3 due to our ability to manage the whole project from planning stages through to snag-free handover. The building was partially fitted out, from the ground to floor 9 in 2005, but the upper floors left open. Headoffice3 dealt with all aspects of planning, design and build to convert the top 3 floors into luxury apartments, all completed with minimal disturbance to residents in occupancy on lower floors.
