A beautiful office to residential conversion in the heart of Luton.  This project resulted in 66 luxury apartments, built within an existing office block in a 48 week time frame. Our client that we undertook the development for specialises in micro-living, so each apartment is only around 30sqm, proving that you can get everything you need in this amount of space.
