At the heart of the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham’s city centre, this development is situated on St Paul’s Square, directly overlooking St Paul’s Church.  The building had permission for conversion and with the help of our expert in house architects and planning consultant, we obtained permission for a roof extension for another penthouse apartment. 

The logistical challenge of this was unimaginable, given that the SIPS build on the roof required a crane which blocked the road, but we could only close the road on Sundays. However, headoffice3’s ‘can-do’ attitude makes anything possible.

These luxury apartments were sold prior to completion. We also converted the ground floor and basement into an art gallery, completing this small but beautiful mixed use scheme that headoffice3 are so good at.
